9.1 Week 8: Best DPS Specs in Raid - Spec Popularity and Performances

WoW 9.1 Week 8 Raid DPS Rankings: Looking at the best raid specs in this week of Sanctum of Domination raiding, more bosses have been logged and the Rankings have moved once again, with some surprises;
Rogues, Havoc, Windwalker continue to do well as well as Arms continues to be the standout spec amongst the Melee DPS dominating this Tier.
Elemental and Affliction remain staples of AOE damage profiles, Feral is the premiere Single Target Spec this Tier, followed by Enhancement (!), Shadow Priest and Assassination Rogue.
As usual by now, Mage Specs are all disappointing, matched by Unholy and Balance.
