Fitting A Staircase To Rival A Staircase In The Château Cottage & Special Announcement. Ep18

This week at Château de Lalacelle, Tracy and Tony have had another busy couple of weeks, firstly with the fitting of the bargain staircase in the Château cottage which was picked up from someone on the internet at the start of the year. only Problem with getting a bargain staircase is that it is a little short, well two steps short. so Tracy and Tony and to find a way of creating two new steps for the staircase while blending it inrto what is already there, not a easy job.

also, Tracy go's on another gardening rampage and starts to tackle some of the overgrowth on the outbuildings to create a space and grow some beautiful strawberries, with a little help from Jonathan.

and finally, the pair have a very exciting announcement at the end of the show, it has been a long time waiting but it is finally near and you will all be so happy with the news, so stay tuned it the end of the show.

We are a family from the North-East of England following our dream to restore a beautiful abandoned french Château. We discovered the heart stopping Château De Lalacelle in summer of 2020, this beautiful architectural monument Is set in the countryside of North-West France.

The moment we visited the Château we all fell in love, from the beautiful sweeping landscape and forests, to its stunning untouched interiors and magnificent spiral staircase in the turret.

Unfortunately Château De Lalacelle has been abandoned for a number of decades so will need a lot of restoration and DIY.
