
How to Grow Booty Faster! (WITHOUT STRENGTH EXERCISES)

"Today we will perform a range of stretching exercises that aim to loosen the muscles around our hips. Whether you feel you have tights hips or not, we are all somewhat limited by our muscles tightness. By stretching our hip muscles regularly, weβll reduce the tension our booty has to overcome when lifting. This means weβll be able to perform many more reps and ultimately grow our booty faster" π€
*For best results I highly recommend you complete this routine daily (preferably morning & night)*

Day 1 - Booty Strength Test
Day 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 - Hip Stretching Routine (completed every morning & night)
Day 7 - Booty Strength Test (again). By now you should have increased the amount of SL Glute Bridge reps you can perform πͺπ
