Tim Flannery being referred to as a ‘climate expert’ is 'bizarre'

It’s “bizarre” that Tim Flannery is still referred to as a “climate expert,” according to Sky News host Chris Kenny.

It comes after the Sydney Morning Herald released an article titled “Three pandemic measures that will also curb climate change: Flannery”.

Mr Kenny noted the article starts by saying Flannery is “one of the country’s leading climate change experts”.

“That is not just a big call, it is rubbish,” Mr Kenny said.

“Flannery is, of course, a palaeontologist, not a climate expert.”
