US President Biden maintains withdrawal deadline as the Taliban block Kabul airport access | DW News

The US President is keen to stick to the August 31 deadline for US troop withdrawal. Nevertheless, completing the evacuation mission by that date depends on the Taliban's cooperation, Biden said. The Taliban have announced no Afghan nationals are allowed entry to Kabul airport.
