FedEx Freeway Fatal | CLAREMONT, CA 9.18.21

CLAREMONT, CALIFORNIA - Multiple 911 calls came in of a traffic collision involving a FedEx big rig and two vehicles westbound 210 freeway just before N Towne Ave. Once firefighters and CHP arrived on scene they located two vehicles, a FedEx big rig and grey vehicle upside down with one person still trapped inside. The driver in the black car was pronounced dead by firefighters at scene. The driver in the gray vehicle that was upside down was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. The driver of the big rig was checked out by firefighters and cleared at the scene.
