IT WAS TIME FOR THE GREAT FILIPINO WINE MISSION ACROSS DAVAO...

Although it started with me ruining the trunk of my car with a gallon of Mama Rose's tuba! Oh well... Sayang! On this day we head off to Maragusan, Davao De Oro, where I go and pick up a fresh batch of "Byais". That is local wine I learned about cooking a few weeks back. The locals were nice enough to let us get a whole bunch, which we will stock and appreciate.

Driving across Davao mountain roads is always beautiful, and on this day, I ended up trying a bowl of Chicken Mami along the side of the road. I do love the little local food stands you can spot in different Barangays!

Anyways...

AMAZING WINE! DRIVING ACROSS DAVAO! AND APPRECIATING THE LOCAL BEAUTY OF THE PHILIPPINES!
