Trust - Functioning from 5D instead of 3D

Trust can be a huge issue for some these days. Being bombarded by outside sources influencing what we think, feel and believe.
How do we know who to trust???

If we are stuck in the 3D, we function from the mind and becoming entangled in lower energies and awareness, such as;
- Separation- from each other & source, borders within countries, genders, colours, religion, financial differences, political agenda
- Polarity - right or wrong, good or bad,
- Buying into the story we are being sold, with the overdrive of thoughts, emotions, beliefs, judgement, limitation and expectations.

If we shift into the 5D energy, this all changes, we are now functioning from the heart. We change the focus of energy from outside to inside.
- Oneness - no longer separated from source or our knowing,
- non attachment - no judgement or being attached to the outcome, believing it will be for the highest good, whatever that may be
- Allowance - nothing is by chance, we are not victims, I may not know all the information, I hand it over to God/divine source/universe for the best outcome, what ever that may be.

When we shift from the 3D to the 5D, there is a change in the energy. Outside influences no longer hold the power to impact and control us.
Take a breath and shift into your heart space. Be a rock in the stream, letter the water flow around you, no resistance or force. Be open to new possibilities beyond what you know right now.

The world is changing, you need to believe that YOU are your best source of knowing. Tap into your own awareness and trust that the universe has your back. Hand it over and be in a state of allowance. It is a much better state to be in. Everything is working out for my highest good, what ever that may be.
