Summary:
1. Chest Pain
Chest pain or discomfort is the most common symptom of a heart attack for both men and women. For some women, the pain is different. There’s an increase in pressure in the chest region.

2. Weakness
If you’re feeling weak, lightheaded or dizzy for no apparent reason, you could be having a heart attack. You might feel shaky and anxious at the same time. These are common signs of heart attack in females.

3. Extreme or unusual fatigue
Some women might feel extremely tired and fatigued weeks before an attack. Even if a woman was sitting for a while and didn’t move much, she’d feel unusually tired. Even simple activities like going to the bathroom can drain your energy.

4. Sweating
Ladies, if you find yourself sweating too much, more than you usually do, it may be a symptom of an oncoming heart attack. There’s a big difference between sweating after a workout, and sweating due to stress. If you’re about to have a heart attack, your sweat will also be accompanied by a cold and clammy feeling.
