Big Bob May Actually Be Preggers Mama Bob

Identification of spots is showing this cat - very fat nine days apart- may be mama. If she is pregnant now, I can't account for her big belly in April (which was when she was pregnant last year) or for what appeared to be lactation. But we still haven't seen bobkittens, so maybe she wasn't pregnant then, but is now? Babies in December?
