Did you know that in Project Zomboid, climbing over tall fences allows you to phase through walls? This only works if the tall fence is one tile away from the building you want to phase through. For example, the Garage near the Big warehouse in Muldraugh is partially surrounded by a tall chain link fence. You would need a key or a sledgehammer to get inside this particular garage, as it has a lot of stuff locked inside. However, If you were to climb over the fence anywhere on this side, you can phase through the wall and unlock the door from the inside. Normally, players can just break down or disassemble doors with the right tools. With this exploit, you could also build a wall one tile away from a building, climb over it, and phase through the walls.
