A TV’s Package Deal

The plaintiff and defendant have been friends for a long time. The plaintiff was moving, and the defendant offered to keep his TVs in her storage unit. When he went to pick up his belongings, one of his televisions was missing. He went to the defendant’s house and saw it on her wall. He’s suing for the cost of a TV. The defendant says she took the plaintiff’s TV out of storage and threw it out because the screen was cracked. She doesn’t think she owes him because they’re friends.
