Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel.

In today’s video I am taking you through a typical workout session for some inspiration/ideas & motivation!

A lot of my workouts involve single leg movements and explosive training (functional/callisthenics)
But I’ve included more general exercises in this video!

Warm up :
Always warm up before any exercises!!!
Use dynamic movements (movements that mimic the exercises you’re about to do) squats/lunges etc all body weight.

1.reverse deficit lunges
2.split squat jump lunges - Supersets

3.box jumps
4.kettle bell jump squats - supersets


5.ball slams
Cool down : stretch it out! (More videos on mobility and stretching to come)
