The La Palma / Cumbre Vieja eruption is now in its 56th day. Today's main news is that a strong earthquake occurred alongside the creation of a new lava delta. This lava delta has formed from material cascading down the ocean cliff, creating a beautiful sight. As of today, the overall eruption is now longer than La Palma's 1712 eruption, which lasted a mere 55 days. This video will discuss what is likely to happen next as this Spanish Canary Island volcano.
