I use a Wahoo Kickr 18 at 55-65% resistance, Wahoo Headwind and Tickr HR.
I'm 27, 177cm, 59-61kg and FTP of 375w.
Max Heart Rate is around the 185 mark, depends how tired/fit I am.
Feel free to ask questions, I try to engage all the time throughout, and the Mods do a cracking job!
