It Is Surprisingly the Least Expensive Part Fishers Indiana... There's no question that Fishers, Indiana is not the best example of affordability around the Indianapolis Metro. Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, and Zionsville Indiana are consistently the cities with the highest median sale price compared to other cities surrounding Indianapolis. But strangely... or at least it may seem so at first, the downtown area of Fishers Indiana happens to be the most affordable on average compared to the rest of the city. This is mostly due to the age and size of the homes near downtown Fishers and there are exceptions of course. If you're looking for a much larger home in Fishers you'll likely have to go further east where the largest amout of growth has happened over the past 20 years. And, as you go east many of the prices will go up. Have a look at this video to see what the more affordable part of Fishers is like.
