"We have a vision for Goa. People of Goa feel that Congress Party is in the best position to solve their problems.

The primary concern of the Congress Party is to address the critical issue of rising unemployment. ₹500 crores will be invested by the Congress Party Government in Goa for employment generation by making Goa an “IT Hub” and a “Knowledge Hub.”

30% Government jobs will be reserved for women.

We will also launch the NYAY Scheme for needy families in Goa that will provide a monthly support of ₹6,000 to the families.

We understand the impact on the environment due to the BJP Government’s infamous policy decisions in Goa. In the internet of people of Goa, we are not going to allow Goa to become a ‘Coal Hub’.

We will resist any such ideas that do not benefit the people of Goa.

Under the BJP Government, the tourism sector in Goa has also suffered immensely. We have a plan to rejuvenate the Tourism Industry and will work with all the stakeholders towards building and strengthening the tourism industry.

We plan to restore sustainable mining as soon as we come to power."
