In filings this week, Dearie demanded that Trump's lawyers not only provide evidence that he declassified documents, but also evidence that any of the documents were planted by the FBI. From the outset. I was never that concerned about Donald Trump winning that court case and getting the special master appointed to his case. I didn't think it was gonna have any real impact on it other than possibly delaying the investigation a little bit. And those claims that de in a court filing this past week told the, the Trump lawyers give me the evidence of this. The first claim is that Trump declassified the documents and you gotta come with something a little stronger than he just thought really hard with his mind. And they were suddenly declassified, as he claimed on Sean Hannity, that ain't gonna cut it. The judge wants real hard paper evidence that these documents were declassified. The second thing he asked for evidence of is go ahead and gimme evidence. Since you're all claiming that the FBI planted some of these documents there, I need that evidence to go ahead.
