Yes, One Piece's villain is inspired by a meme. Wizard of Oarz and I break down what Imu's insane powers will be.
After coming across the goofy looking Egyptian deity known as Medjed, I couldn't help but think that it resembled Imu from One Piece. Especially after the shadowy silhouette we see in the Lulucia event. Today I tell you how Imu is inspired by Medjed (a huge Japanese meme and icon) and what this means moving forward.
