早上11時介乎於早市與午市之間，人流較少，是崔氏兄弟最愛走進茶餐廳享受港式奶茶的時刻。Haze 與Long兩兄弟於八年前創立「奶茶通俗學」，以漫畫、動畫等形式去記錄這個城市獨有的美食風貌。不過，相比起美味，每間茶餐廳所孕育的人情味，才是崔氏兄弟最珍而重之的。「這個城市的人，其實要好好珍惜這個地方的文化。」哥哥Haze 如是說。今次，就讓我們用沖一杯奶茶的時間，細嚐茶記情味。

11 o’clock in the morning is right between the breakfast period and lunch period – Tsui Brothers’ favourite time to walk into a cha chaan teng and savour a cup of Hong Kong-style milk tea. With an abiding passion for local food culture, Haze and Long established Milktealogy eight years ago, a research project that aims to promote the cha chaang teng culture through comic, and animation. What captivate them most aren’t merely the local flavours, but the sense of human connection fostered in these cha chaan tengs. "As part of this city, every one of us should value our culture more,” said Haze. Let us follow them and have a taste of this flavourful city.
