I CAN’T get bored with PRESSED CHEESE! EXTREMELY CREAMY pies!
Ingredients:
for the dough:
warm water - 250 ml (8.45 fl oz)
yeast - 7 g (0.25 oz)
sugar - 7 g (0.25 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
oil - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
flour - 500 g (17.64 oz)
TO LEAVEN 30 minutes
for the filling:
pressed cheese - 200 g (7 oz)
mozzarella - 150 g (5.3 oz)
cow cheese - 150 g (5.3 oz)
grease with egg - 1 piece
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
grease with butter - 20 g (0.7 oz)
